Canadian Hosting: To ensure the highest level of protection, all data is hosted on a Google Cloud Platform instance physically located within Canada.
Encryption: Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols both at rest and in transit.
Access Control: Access to PHI is strictly limited to authorized team members required to maintain the platform.

Express Consent: We will never use your contact information for follow-up reminders, newsletters, or research invitations without your explicit "Opt-In."
